How to Decorate to Include Your Man

Okay so when Adam and I got married and moved into our first house, there was a challenge I didn't anticipate. Did y'all see that recent episode of The Big Bang Theory where Penny re-decorated Leonard's room to look more girly? Leonard tells Penny she can decorate anyway she wanted; that she should make it her own and feel comfortable.

Now, theres nothing inherently wrong with these doors but theres not much you can do with them. You know the ones... Why Blogging

I've gotten a lot of questions about why I started The Half Finished House, which is something I really had to think about to convince myself to start writing. I've always enjoyed writing but the thought of putting it out there for the world to read, that was a little scary.

One of my favorite features of our home when we purchased it was a huge beautiful brick wall and fireplace! It was amazing, so much detail and texture! So much character! So much potential! Isn't it beautiful? It makes my heart flutter just thinking about it.
